The benefit realized by contracting with Cingular IT has significantly outweighed the minimal monthly cost, which was our end-goal and thus is a win-win for everyone involved.  Some of our favorite features of Cingular IT include their professionalism and organizational skills.  Between our courteous and informative bi-weekly calls to our weekly automated reports detailing service tickets and time allocation, we are constantly informed, which is absolutely vital in any vendor/client relationship.
